Tournament Information

Team Registration/Check-In

All morning wave teams must check in Saturday morning beginning at 6:30am or prior to their first match. Teams will need to provide a number for the coach to be reached as well as a current USAV roster. For Wisconsin, Webpoint rosters must be provided. For non-Wisconsin teams, you will need to provide the legal accepted rosters from your region.

Results and Schedule Information

Complete posting of results and next round of play will be done on the Gamepoint Real Time Results website located at http://www.gamepointrtr.com. This is the official schedule. All results and future matches will be updated in real time and can be found on personal devices or at the results stations near the tournament desk (by courts 2 and 3).

Tie-Breaking Procedure

We will be using Badger Region Protocol #1 and no tie-breakers will be played.

ALL Teams

Check your schedule carefully before departing from the playing site. No staff members will be held accountable for improper schedule readings or miscommunications. Online results will be updated as results are entered and pools or bracket matches finish.

Warm-up Procedures

All matches for teams that have not yet played that day will be 2-4-4, 2 minutes shared, 4 minutes for the serving team and 4 minutes for the receiving team. If both teams have played, matches will have a 3-3 warm-up time without any shared court time.

Liberos

Liberos will be allowed to serve in this event. Teams either need to provide 2 liberos for the entire match or 1 libero for each set. Per USAV rules.

Trainers

There will be a trainer on site. Preventative taping can be done for $5/roll or $3/roll if you provide your own. Wisconsin PoWer Staff will also have access to limited first aid and provide access to ice if needed. Coaches must have a copy of all players medical forms or the Athletic Trainer will not be able to treat your athlete without their parent/guardian present.

Food & Drink

There is no outside food or drink allowed in the Wisconsin Dells Center. Please leave all coolers and food outside the facility. Teams which violate this rule may be removed from the event venue. Spectators which violate this rule may be asked to leave the facility.
