2011-2012 Tryouts

Location

All Pulaski Performance tryouts will be held at Pulaski High School, 1040 South St. Augustine Street, Pulaski, Wisconsin 54162.

Registration Process

Step 1: Register in Badger Region to be covered by USAV as a secondary insurer at events in any club. Note: This is where you will get your membership card and medical waiver form that you will need to bring to tryouts.

Step 2: Register for a tryout session. Registering for one tryout session, registers you for all of the sessions at Pulaski Performance.

Select Pulaski Performance as your club.

Step 1: USAV Membership**

If you are new to club volleyball you will need to register here. Please select "Junior Full Membership for 2011-2012" for the Membership Type.

If you are a returning club volleyball player, you will need to login here, which will be based on your information from your previous year's registration. Please select "Junior Full Membership for 2011-2012" for the Membership Type.

** Badger Region membership is $47.

Step 2: Tryouts Registration (Time/Date)

Tryout fee is $30. You can sign up for tryouts and pay the fee once the links are active.

1 Player who was born on or after September 1, 1992 and is a high school student during some part of the current academic year.
2 Male Only – Player who was born on or after September 1, 1996 (15 years or younger) who shall neither have completed nor are in a grade higher than the eighth grade (8th) grade during the current academic year are eligible to play in the 14 & Under division.
