2012-2013 Tryouts

Location

All Pulaski Performance tryouts will be held at Pulaski High School, 1040 South St. Augustine Street, Pulaski, Wisconsin 54162.

Registration Process

Step 1: Register in Badger Region to be covered by USAV as a secondary insurer at events in any club. Note: This is where you will get your membership card and medical waiver form that you will need to bring to tryouts.

Step 2: Register for a tryout session. Registering for one tryout session, registers you for all of the sessions at Pulaski Performance.

To determine the correct age division, please find the Month of Birth in the left column and then the year of birth in the same row. The heading of the column matching the Year of Birth is the correct age bracket.

1 Player who was born on or after September 1, 1994 and is a high school student during some part of the current academic year.
2 Male Only – Player who was born on or after September 1, 1998 (15 years or younger) who shall neither have completed nor are in a grade higher than the eighth grade (8th) grade during the current academic year are eligible to play in the 14 & Under division.
